6- Emotions or the development of the PSYCHIC PLAN. Creativity

Dernière mise à jour : 2 déc. 2020

Human beings cannot live without emotions. Depriving someone of their emotions leads to making them die, and to ceasing to create. It would be the death of Humanity.

Emotions, positive or negative, are part of our life. Positive they are creative, negative they are there to show us our weaknesses.

Depending on the temperament of each and the positioning of the awakening of an individual, the power of emotions and the way to transcend them, will have an impact on creation, or destruction.

A typical example of functional feedback would be the so-called "emotional" processes.

So-called "emotional" processes

Emotions appear to be structural processes, linked to the specific architecture of the nervous system, and they exist in all human beings, regardless of gender, age or culture.

Emotional processes would be generated at the levels of so-called "Limbic" structures. The activation of these structures would cause peripheral changes in the state of the body which would be perceived at the level of consciousness, thus producing an emotional sensation.

Among all the cerebral processes, the characteristics of the emotions would be to be priority, automatic and non-inducing processes of poorly developed behaviors and approximate adaptations to the environmental context.

Emotions and psychic dynamics

According to numerous neurobiological and clinical data, it would seem that the so-called "emotional" processes have a crucial role in the psychic dynamics of the human being, for the following reasons:

1. Emotions are structural, they are intrinsically linked to the functional dynamics of the central nervous system:

֍ They have an important and inescapable role: They intervene in the development of the affective state and behaviors, modify and / or disturb the faculties, and influence the state of health.

֍ It is not possible to delete or modify them (it is only possible to modulate existing emotions).

2. Emotions are most often difficult to control because emotional processes are:

§ Automatic.

§ Quickly variable.

§ "Contagious".

3. Many factors induce emotions:

֍ Internal factors:

§ Physiological processes.

§ Cognitive processes.

§ Deficiencies of psychic needs (~ emotional needs).

§ CNS pathology or trauma.

֍ External factors:

§ Aggression.

§ Various accidental factors.

4. Emotions intervene constantly, in all social groups and in all people, in all circumstances:

֍ At the individual level, the intense emotional experience would disrupt:

§ The relationship with oneself.

§ Relation to others (and therefore, subsequently, socialization).

§ The relationship to the world.

֍ At the social level, the intense emotional experience would disrupt:

§ By phenomenon of "contagion", the emotional state of the people of the group.

§ Group dynamics (and therefore, subsequently, the emotional state of each person and

the activities of the collective).

Emotions and pathology

Emotions play a major role in the variation of mental state. The chronic and intense experience of emotions, in general negative, produces in the subject states of "psychic suffering", even of psychopathology, which alter his capacity for relation to the world.

Creative Emotions: Any society that wishes to evolve must be creative. Without positive creativity, Humanity would destroy itself. Any deprivation or constraint not allowing humans to create would be a criminal act.

Everything in our civilization has always evolved by and thanks to CREATIVITY.

Creating allows a state of consciousness allowing evolution, and AWAKENING.
